Send over a brief description of what the issue is along with any pictures/videos of the equipment (if applicable) and EGL will begin the next steps on a resolution.
If you need general support around equipment or equipment set up, you can also email success@elitegaminglive.com to set up a time for a Customer Success Representative to virtually meet with you to resolve any issues.
For issues related to equipment that is not functioning or has broken and was not purchased from EliteGamingLIVE, please reach out to the retailer or manufacturer from whom you acquired the item for assistance.
