To report a bug, please email a screen shot and a brief description to success@elitegaminglive.com or dedicated Customer Success Representative.
If you see a bug or discrepancy on the platform, please let us know by emailing success@elitegaminglive.com or your CSR a screenshot of the issue (Win + PrtSc) with a brief description. If you report a bug with out a screenshot, you will be asked for one before we can proceed with getting the issue rectified.
From here, we will report this issue to our development team to get fixed. The bug will then be converted into a ticket. You will be able to view the progress of the ticket through our customer portal which you will be given access to.
