How do I reset my password?

There are several different ways to reset your password if you have forgotten it or would like to change it. These include selecting "Forgot Password", selecting "Change Password", and reaching out to your CSR.

If you have forgotten your password while you try to log in, go to "Forgot Password" on the log in screen. From here, you can input your email address associated with your account to reset your password via email.

If you are already logged into the platform and you would like to reset your password, go to "Settings" and then "Change Password". Here, you will be prompted to manually choose a new password.

Alternatively, you can reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager or success@elitegaminglive.com and request your password or a password reset.
