Example Setup for an EGL Game Day
This photo illustrates how to set up a Game Day in EGL, including student check-in, game selection, and broadcaster placement.
When setting up your room for Game Day, ensure that players have enough space to participate comfortably. Any room can be used for your Game Day—it does not need to be a dedicated esports space. You only need to set up the gaming systems that will be used.
-
Xbox and PlayStation stations should each have room for 2 players.
-
Nintendo Switch stations should each have room for 4 players.
As the coach, you should be able to see or easily access all monitors so you can send game progress and score information to the broadcaster calling your match.
